Managing Domains
title: Managing Your Domains description: How to add, edit, refresh, and organise the domains on your seller page.
Managing Your Domains
The domain table
The dashboard shows all your domains in a table with the following columns:
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Domain | The domain URL |
| Niche | Topic category |
| DR / DA | Domain Rating and Domain Authority |
| Traffic | Estimated monthly organic visits |
| Price | Your listed price per placement |
| Active | Whether the domain is visible on your public page |
| Actions | Edit, refresh, delete |
Adding a domain
Click Add Domain in the top-right of the dashboard. Fill in:
- Domain URL - the root domain (no
https://, no trailing slash) - Niche - pick the closest match from the dropdown
- Price (EUR) - what buyers pay per placement
- Link types accepted - tick everything you're willing to do
After saving, the domain is crawled in the background. Metrics appear once the crawler finishes - usually within a few minutes.
Editing a domain
Click the pencil icon on any domain row to edit its niche, price, or accepted link types. You cannot change the domain URL after creation - delete and re-add if needed.
Refreshing metrics
Metrics are not updated automatically. To update DR/DA/traffic for a single domain, click the refresh icon on that row. Use Refresh All to update all domains at once.
Activating and deactivating
The toggle in the Active column controls visibility on your public seller page. Inactive domains:
- Are hidden from buyers
- Still count against your plan's domain limit
- Can be reactivated at any time
Use this if a domain is under maintenance, sold, or temporarily unavailable for orders.
Plan limits
Each plan has a maximum number of active domains. If you reach your limit, the Add Domain button is disabled. You can either deactivate unused domains or upgrade your plan.
